Weird. When I open it up in Faststone viewer, the dimensions, at 100%, are 5.33x2.03".
 
Look at 3x1" on a tape. That's pretty dang small.
 
Of course, 5x2 is huge, haha.

BK&T KA-BAR patch is 4 x 1 1/2". Seems like a reasonable size. Beckerheads patch is 4 x 1 1/4". Oblong, but at it's widest.
 
I'm fine with any size. 4x1.5 sounds good to me. Maybe we should just make an executive decision and not give people the option haha

The thing is, the patch will have to be at a correct size to accommodate the font, and blade. In other words, proportional. Wouldn't want a short BK9 over the "Beckerhead". They should be able to figure that out. Also, I made a black border, but in reality, it's not needed. The edge of the patch should be whip stitched in black anywhos. Just need the logo. I'll PM you the design, in a png, transparency format. I'll send you 2, one with the border, one without. They should be able to resize it there. Gimme a few minutes.
