I tried to buy a discontinued knife that was showing on their website as being in stock. Sent them an e-mail to inquire, never received an answer...
Has anyone dealt with them?

Thanks, L

Sounds like you found a dead website. Someday they'll outnumber the living.... Go back there and see when the latest updates were. Some of them haven't been updated for years. Storage is so cheap these days providers don't bother to clear out the old stuff.

I thought so too, but they also carry some pretty recent stuff. I am more inclined to think they do not remove out-of-stock items from their site and they do not bother answering inquiries when they DO NOT have the items in stock.
BTW, I noticed that most stores that have a name that suggests a Law Enforcement or Tactical connection are bad...

Most statistics posted on the net are made up....

I've seen several that are bad, but I haven't compiled any statistics on it.

I was talking from my own experience. Try making a Google search of a discontinued Benchmade or Spyderco model, chances are you will find it in a place with cop, police or tactical in its name. And of course they never have it in "real" stock, but they will charge your CC before they tell you.
