the numbers are put on while Allen is cutting the blocks of wood. It's how we keep track of the "sets" or "pairs"I sure do hope the numbers on the handles match the spot on on the group buy list. Crossing fingers hoping I didn't just jinx the possibility of that. However it turns out it is fun to see the process knowing there is a knife somewhere in those pictures coming this way.
