5 more miles today brings me to...

50 BP!!

Challenge complete! That last mile was brutal today. Probably didn't help that I also got in an hour and a half of lifting as well.
 
4 miles on the threadmill today for a total of 42.5 BPs. Saturday is supposed to be an 8-mile run so I might reach the goal on time! very stoked for Saturday.
 
Another 1.89 miles around the block this evening. Total points 39.11

Only 1.2 miles today. -25C with the wind chill, blowing snow - must've dumped half a foot today. Must have pissed off the workout gods something fierce to deserve this lol. Trying my hardest to finish this on time! Total Becker points: 40.31

Congrats, crimsonfalcon! Feels good, doesn't it? Especially when accruing miles AFTER doing a thorough squat or deadlift workout :D

Aikiguy, I'm rooting for you on this one. In addition to overcoming the challenge itself, you've had to overcome an additional hurdle of fierce cold and snow. Think of it this way - you've burnt that many more calories than the rest of us! The coldest temperature I've been in during this challenge was -17* C, and dressing for the temps PLUS factoring sweat were a nifty addition to the mileage challenge. You can do it!!

As you can see, the app kicked in late for some reason. The car is at the red dot (end and actual starting point), but the app started counting at the green one. Annoying. Probably around 6.65 but I'll keep it at the app's distance of 6.44. Not that it matters. Total BP now 60.39

Hey thanks for the support. Really would like to get to 50; but the way I look at it, however many miles I get done is more than I would've gotten without this challenge. Any exercise is good for me. Thanks for the pat on the back though, it sure helps!

On another note, it hasn't stopped snowing yet, looks like I'll be post-holing on my walk tonight...
 
Walked 35 minutes for 1.63 miles = 1.63 points
Biked for 13.67 miles = 3 points

that brings me to a total of 51.63 points!! and 2 days early too..

10/11/2013 - Walking - 2.2 miles = 2.2 points
52.2 points (previous) + 2.2 points = 54.4 points

12/12/2013 - Walking - 1.5 miles = 1.5 points
12/13/2013 - Walking - 2.2 miles = 2.2 miles
54.4 points + 1.5 points + 2.2 Points = 58.1 points
 
2.5 mile walk today.

Half way there at 25 BP.

Hopefully ill get a nice long ride in tomorrow.
