Yes… British Columbia…. Canada
It is a 12" barrel…. with a Magpul SGA buttock. Looks odd… but I find the ergonomics amazing.
 
GSO10 3V with Sheath and Orange G10 handles. I now have a nice lanyard in orange and black attached that is not pictured.

How did you get a 7/7 with no choil?
Maybe mis-labeled? The knife looks like a 6 to me, but I could be wrong.
