These are some of the best performing knives I've ever had...factory edge geometry is prefect, normally I gotta reprofile to make an edge preform to my liking, but not these ones...absolutely amazed...I'm definitely hooked now...This is gonna be bad for the bank lol..I want a new spec 4.1, 4.5, 6, 10, & 12 now.


Even the big a$$ 10 performs finer tasks with ease.

In all seriousness it's pretty amazing what you can do with those big knives. And they stay sharp for a long time.

I watch the exchange but I'm always too late. I did catch a 4.1 first on the exchange but couldn't close the deal. Hopefully I'll catch the next one.

This one was an impulse buy for me...me and the guy I got my 10 from were talking and be mentioned he was going to be putting a 4.1 up over the weekend, and well one thing lead to another and it'll be here Thursday lol


But you're right, you gotta be quick on the exchange... Fair priced survive knives don't sit long...I got lucky twice...once with my jimpless 4.1 and my 10...checked it within minutes of being posted...The 6 sat awhile due to price...I got it down some but was still to high.. But I really wanted it.

There have been so many that i have stared at frowning wishing they were a better price. I was able to score some reasonably priced knives, oddly 2 from the exchange, one from facebook, and one from the-bay. I ended up selling the-bay one...should not have done so....haha

I think I'm good on old spec knives, I somehow managed to get the 3 I wanted within a month....now if a well priced 5 or maybe another 6/10 presented itself I might bite but I'm not scouring the exchange every 15 min to find it.Lol I'm shifting my focus to new spec...I need to figure out how to pre-order a 4.5, 6, 10, & 12 before they close....however this month's bender has left me depleted at the moment lol.
