Congrats on passing the 90 day mark. One of my best friends is going through the same thing, I can tell you it's night and day difference in how she is now (more personality, energy, more positive perspective compared to before even if she doesn't notice it herself). So keep up with it, it's tough from what I've seen but it's also rewarding and the people around you do take notice and I can assure you are proud of you.

BTW the wave came out nice on that knife. You definitely did some good work on it.
