Nice wave mod, great job on the sobriety. I myself no longer consume alcohol nor do I smoke, gave up both so I know the feeling. I'm in!!

Good job. It's not easy. I sell wine & spirits but every so often I go without a drink for 60 days. I'm about halfway through my current cycle. I only smoke when I drink more than a few so it's doubly good for me! Keep on keepin' on.
 
Congrats! I was able to quit smoking cold turkey Feb 22, 1996, and drinking 31 Dec, 1998 while at a bar!

Keep it up. It gets easier!!
