Oh Mai Slicer

Here's something new for you guys, I'm calling this metal mix Oh-Mai. It's a mix of copper, 201 nickel, 304 stainless and 15n20, wrapped over a core of 1095.
The blade is 3"s with a flat v grind and an OAL of 7 1/2"s, handled in Redwood burl on a tapered tang.

The adjective doesn't exist that describes how badass that is, along with the rest of your strange laminated metals, Nighthaxan.

LOl, thanks guys, I might not have gotten all the metals I've experimented with to stick, but sometimes the combinations work. :D

Damn that is amazing. I have never seen anything like that! In this business, that is a rare thing.

Charles , it does not surprise me that you came up with something like this! You seem to follow your own drums when it come to off the wall brilliance. I don't have the funds right now for this but would sure like it.

That blade is extremely beautiful. Elegant, but simple. It has a natural look to it. Wow. I haven't been so amazed by someone's work in a very long time. Kudos on that one.

Really cool Charles, this is the first I've seen different metals mixed together in damascus I didn't think it could be done.
