Oh no! I have the sickness!

I blame Lone Wolf for mine. I put a benchmade 42 up on the exchange and she traded me a small insingo. I had no intention of ever buying a CRK before that. Now I'm thinking about selling off a few other knives to get a micarta 25. Have a hard time carrying anything else.

:p :p

Apparently I'm the only one who doesn't think the micarta 25 is ugly. Maybe I can at least find a cheap used one.

Got another one LW:thumbup::p

I think the micarta 25 is a good looking knife. It is the next one on my list to get. I don't much care for the earlier dated ones, but I think they changed the inlays a bit in mid 2014. They look a bit thicker (wider) to me now.

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I also kind of like the Micarta 25's looks.

Like the micarta better than the darker woods on the Seb's. Lighter wood better than both of those. UG/CGG's best of all...;-)

Op... I like the pattern on your raindrop Damascus, I have not been a fan of the new style but yours looks sharp. Enjoy

Thank you! I know Damascus can be hit or miss and I took a risk. I definitely lucked out with a nice one. When it's not in my pocket, it's on my desk :p

#4 just arrived! I don't have anything on me that can take a photo. So, that will come later. It was made a week ago though, making it my newest in ownership and production.

First impressions: The lockup is around 85-90% which is a lot more than my other knives, but I don't see that being a problem. It's not touching the other side and it is very secure. I feel even safer when using this one and I doubt I'll notice any ill effects in my lifetime. The blade is hair popping sharp, as usual. Most importantly, the action on this is better than all my other knives. It feels like it has already been broken in. It opens and closers better than all my other knives. The guy who tuned this knife really got it perfect. I bought this one to by my main EDC, it has all my favorite features from my past three Sebenzas in one. Time will tell. Hopefully I can resist the urge to buy more a little bit :p

Pictures coming soon!

Sorry for the quality. I couldn't get good lighting or good focus. Tried various rooms and this was the best one. So, the color is a little off, but hopefully you can see the detail. I didn't realize how intricate micarta was. It's much better looking in person. Photos don't do it justice.

Number 3 is here:

Beautiful bead:

I think I'll start this out with why I bought this particular knife: It's a 21, but it's the exact opposite of my other two. Different blade style, different size, and vastly different weight. Curiosity killed my bank account. :p

First impressions:

Blade: The insingo blade looks much better in person. I think it looks better than the standard clip point. I'll see how I like it in use tomorrow. Also, this the sharpest knife I've ever received from the factory. Hair popping and extremely scary.

Dimensions: I always imagined the small being too... small. Turns out, the small is a perfect fit for my hand, just enough handle. Also, this is the lightest knife I own. It disappears into my pocket.

Carbon fiber: Absolutely beautiful and feels great. Doesn't make the knife feel any more fragile. If the my larges are rocks, then this is a diamond.

Overall, I'm very happy. I went out of my comfort zone in every possible way with this one and I'm very impressed. I'm going to EDC it for the next couple weeks and leave my larges at home to get a true idea of how I feel about it.

First of all, congratulations on the new Sebenzas. I am sure that many more will follow. Got my first one last March and ended up with 14 this past July. Mostly sold all the impulse buys to get the ones that I really wanted after learning more about the history of CRK. I currently now have 7 but still hunting some 2 to 3 grails. My best advice to you is, get the ones that matter and the ones that you know you will carry. Sky is the limit. :)

On another note, I love the re-designed the bead that comes with the KA Exclusive Sebenzas. I got 2 KA exclusives, one in April and another one in June and they don't have this bead...

I am sure you will fall in love with this CF Insingo. It really does disappears in your pocket when carried. :)

Thank you! And yes, more will definitely follow. I have only been filling up my EDC rotation, I still have other knife needs. I'm already thinking about getting an Umnumzaan for outdoors and a Ti-Lock for a gentlemen's/conversation knife...

I have to say though, I think the Small Sebenza Insingo with Micarta inlays is my favorite knife. I've only had it for 24 hours, but I really love using it. It just feels perfect in every way.

Congrats on the beautiful knives, and a small micarta insingo is going to be my next and last knife for awhile.
