Lol I just did a little price comparison of my newest purchase. Buying it from Texas, having it shipped to another address in the US to be forwarded to me, and paying the extra shipping. I still saved over $60 from buying it in store here. We are getting raped :(

I would question the locking system lol

I question the entire design LOL

Nice boat, Trade. Have fun.

Agreed. Sweet boat Trade, hope you have a blast.

Got in my D.A.D.D. patch :D

Very nice

I had a funny conversation last week while we were in a Target and the wife was trying on cloths. There was another lady there that was giving her daughter a hard time because all of the shorty shorts she was trying on was showing her underwear. I told her that she needed to institute the finger tip length rule of clothing. She asked if I had a daughter, I told her mine was 2, and my perspectives were never going to change. She told me I better to get ready to start scaring away the boys. I told her that wasn't going to be a problem. While digging through some shopping bags she then attempted to remove some tags from one of her purchases from another store and was having a hard time with it. I removed the Spartan from my back pocket and handed it over to her with a little bit of a grin on my face. She then assured me that I would have no problems scaring away the boys lol.

Who makes the handle and sheath on your 14, are they from 710?

The handles and sheath came from Cam, an Australian Beckerhead. I originally had them on a 14, but switched them over to the 24. He does great work!

The firesteel and firesteel holder was made by another BF member... But his name escapes me at the moment, (sorry) ....it was actually made to match my custom BK11 that Lee now has, but ended up matching this great as well.

And then the flashlight bead necklace thing was made by WillyDigger, also a member here. The 2 longer beads say Molon Labe on them.

Oh yea i remember who customized the 11, i just dont remember who made the firesteel for me.

And now that i think about it, i think that 11 may of had a different firesteel.... i dont remember anymore lol this one could have came from anywhere :D

Ahh, sorry.. I thought he did the fire steel too.. the handle matches the fire steel on that one too..

I really like those scales.... I may have to look into getting something to replace the cord wrap on my 14

Picked up my boat over the weekend. A P&H Quest. I think it's sexy and I might be able to keep up with the boss. :D

Well, it's no Perception, but it'll do, I guess. :D

Finally finished up a certification that's been a year in the works. Glad that is off the plate.

Anybody have a TOPS B.O.B. Fieldcraft? I keep coming back to that one.
I wish I'd looked for one at SMKW yesterday, but it wasn't in the front of my brain.
Back of my brain can get pretty damn cluttered.

Just picked up one a few weeks ago with the black and green G-10.
A sweet knife indeed. Very comfortable handle and beefy blade. Scary sharp factory edge.
Haven't found time to beat on it yet, but it seems like a keeper.

Dubz has one too I think...

Man, what a dinner my wife cooked: hamburger steak with onion and gravy, mashed potatoes, fried okra, fried green tomatoes, boiled squash, corn on the cob. Topped it all off with a bite or two of fudge I got at the Russell Stover store in Sevierville yesterday. Soul satisfying.
