Oinkfical SAR4 Passaround thread'

Much as I hate to do it, I've dropped out of this one. I have WAY too much going on here to even be able to enjoy having the knife for a few days. Maybe I'll get a chance to play with one sometime in the future. The rest of you, enjoy the blade. Make sure to take care of it for Gene. ;)

I wanted to make sure I lived up to the meaning of getting bestowed with a Hog name; after all the trash talking that was going on in the GBU of recent concerning some Busse owners. Just thought maybe a new Hog could set the tone for the way things should be between breathren:thumbup: Thanks, and congrats on your incoming child Gatman, God Bless:thumbup:
 
thats one hellava offer you need a round of cloven holves kudos for helping out all the hogs who didnt get one. i would like to get in but it would just be torment being as there arent going to be anymore.
 
My point is to make the knife model accessible for those who could not spare the ching right now. Also, it's to bring some family sense back to this forum. Everyone here likes the styles and steel of Busse, whether it's SR101, INFI, or 52100 from the Yard, it's all good. I think part of the owning of a Busse knife is to spread the right attitude about knife ownership, and have it be inclusive as opposed to exclusive. Yeah, they'll always be some models only the deep pocketed among us can afford; but in general knives are something to strike up friendships with in my mind. The folks who came before me, Hogs like OP, Jaxx, MoriMo', and loads of others that have given me not only advice but the ambition to become a Hog through INFI ownership. My hat is tipped to all those who've extended a hand of friendship and generosity with their time.
 
i will make you a kydex sheath for any busse i have in my collection sorry for the limt there but i need a patern to go off of ..just let me know.. a good deed sould not go unrewared..

I might be reading this wrong, and if I am then I apologize ahead of time, but it appears that your are referencing a menacing dirtbag (uj) that doesn't epitomize the whole Busse experience. He has been banned and re-banned etc... for his threats to one of our own. I really don't believe you mean to memorialize uj, but he is what he is :rolleyes: :thumbdn: Just be ready to "Lycosa that SAR4" :thumbup: Oh, and post pics :D
