Hey Stinky, the numbers 6 and 9 are good numbers for me. Call a feng shui thing or yen and yang but its all good. Although 1 and 3 = 7 which a good number.

...And I couldn't be more pleased. I thought SAR-4 LE #94 would always be my favorite woods knife, but the SAR-8 is even more amazing. Incredibly light, well balanced, and responsive despite its impressive length and solid heft with a variety of different grips possible - all of them comfortable. The NM treatment and satin finish are perfect, the fit and texture and appearance of linen micarta slabs are amazing. I especially like the large choil that allows you to choke up on the grip for detailed work - I may have to have someone grind one the same size on my SAR-4. Many thanks to all those at the BCS and Busse Combat.
This is one GREAT knife!
