...6'3" 227lbs. at my heaviest, I was 265 lbs, but big frames seem to hide 30-60 pounds no prob. I found that if I lift for a year, two times a week, then my body will hold that mass for a year of light lifting. Problem is, I only lose some weight in fat, then gain it all back in Muscle. Charts say I should ideally weight some asinine thing like 200-210, but they haven't accounted for my hi-density bones.

Steely--Evansville? You gotta be the closest forumite to me, as I'm up here in Indy. Sometime we'll hafta do a S-Indiana/Kentucky/tennesee Midwest Khonvention...

Steven Roos--another builder for the forearms is making mail, (chain mail), coupled with some sword (bokken or blunts) and shield work. You don't even notice you're toning up, because they're both soo much fun!

I am 6'3" and weigh 215. Need to hit the weights again and go up to 225 or go on a diet and get down to 205. Can't decide which way to go.

I guess if I go to a knife show, I just have to look for the 'big' guys! I'm 5' 6" weigh 140; I'm 5' 4" and weigh 162 when I carry my knives!:D

Man, you guys are huge!! :) If i ever make it to a khonvention, i'll be the guy on stilts...

I'm 6 foot tall and 250 Lbs. Thankfully I carry my weight well. Most folks think I'm 180 or 190, I just grin:D. Like most I need to lose about 15-20 to get to fighting trim. That's what I miss about youth--being able to work out all the time, BUT not having work interfere.

Need to MAKE time!

six ft. two inch (used to be three when I had hair), 275 lbs (and growing sadly).

There must be something about big guys and khukuris. Makes me wonder what it is. I thought I was a strange one. But tell me something: with so many big guys, don't you find the khukuri handles small (except maybe the Hanuman). Or maybe the hands just get used to whatever is available?

Allright Clydetz!! I thought I was gonna be the runt of the litter at 5'7" 160 ( when healthy...dropped down to 123 last year when my chron's flared:( ).
 
I'm 6'4" and 180 lbs. I can't enter the bus without hitting my head, so I fit well in here ;)

I was taller, but as you age, you have a tendency to 'shrink'!;) When someone would ask me for a $1.00, I'd say:
'Sorry, I'm a little short this week!' Seemed to go over OK for everyone except the panhandlers.
