Don't know yet. That's why I'm so interested in what will be in Reno.
But who knows, perhaps one of my special orders will be ready before then. :)

It is good to begin the year with something small. This one should show up this week.

That way, the purchases can only grow as the year progresses!

I like Ray's folders a lot, James. You are off to a good beginning.

My first purchase of 08 will be a chute knife from Phillip Patton. I should be getting it in about three months.

Love that stag Cover. When I know what my first purchase of the year is, I'll be sure to let y'all know. ;)

I'm hoping mine will be a Russ Andrews custom(no, I'm not telling what yet; so, nanny nanny, boo boo!):p:D:)

It will probably be at Reno...hoping to get something from Harvey Dean..

Bailey should have a knife for me there, and so should Burt. I hear that Gallagher is making slip joints, and I might wanna get one of them there, too.

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

A John W Smith tactical folder with African Blackwood scales was purchased today. A good way to start the year!

I'm posting this John White Gentleman's Bowie (actually pieces of it) up for my pal Paul Kessler (BgSpecialK) as his first piece of 2008. Interesting photo as depicting it's "take down" frame handle construction.

Be sure and post final fit up. Looks as if a great Looker is in the making. Congrats

I've got a few orders that should be coming in early this year, not sure which one specifically I'll see first though - but the three contenders are Tom Ferry, Bailey Bradshaw & Jens Anso.

I'm expecting two this month or next. It's been a pretty long wait on both so I'm excited. I'll post a pic...

My first in 2008 will be a Bailey Bradshaw Bowie. I will post pics of the finished knife when I have them. This is what I can show for now.

Joss...congrats. Man you are quick. I was just looking at this one. I keep you'll posted on the progress of the Bradshaw.
