Ok, What is your first knife purchase of 2008?

My first in 2008 will be a Bailey Bradshaw Bowie. I will post pics of the finished knife when I have them. This is what I can show for now.

Thus far this year, I've sold more knives than I've bought. The 2007 BFC Canittler will be the first knife I recieve this year- but when it comes it will be a serious treat.

Found this in my mailbox on New Year's Day. Burt Foster Blue Collar Hunter in ivory micarta. Inexpensive enough to actually use, superbly practical.

It is a nice knife, but it is NOT a custom knife. You are posting in the Custom & Handmade section.

I must confess again, this is my 3rd purchase of the new year, not my first or second. Thanks, Coop.

Riad,

That little Bose is a terribly elegant piece. And I love that big beautiful beast of a chopper from Shawn. Very nice, both.

Roger

There's quite a nice bunch of New Years knives here! I love that Herron Lockback.

I've got a few ordered, one of them from our forum friend Mace, but nothing incoming yet. :(

I am recieiving a Lamot Coombs Sparrowhawk in Tan G-10 and a 2.5 inch wharnie from Eddie White. Both will be here by tommorow I hope.
