Okay, what happens to the Becker line?

Last I heard Ontario would be the new home of Becker Knife and tool.
This was in May and directly from those in the know. ;)

Did you hear whether Cold Steel might move the production of their CarbonV knives
to Ontario Knife Company, too? Or will Taiwan or China be more likely?

Dirk

That would be great IMO
Ontario knows how to turn out big, heavy duty blades like the Beckers

Any idea when we'll know for sure?

Dirk is wrong on every count here.

In addition, according to Ethan Becker, he will never, ever, never go into business with Mike Stewart again (BRKT). FWIW.

I did see two new Beckers.....a camp kitchen style knife (not too large, around the 5" blade - just right IMO) as well as a very nice personal carry with a blade of around 4".
Both had broad spearpoint blades.

Anthony, if I am wrong, Ethan has changed his mind after I saw him in April.

I really wish Ethan would show up and tell us what he knows. A short message from him would aleave a few of our fears of what will become of the becker line at least.

Amen to that.

He probably can't comment on any deals behind the scenes.

Yet...

That would not be a good move. There's been issues with Ontario's heat treat on the spec-plus and R.A.T blades. Makes me question their quality control.
