I'll bet this one put a grin on your face!An old one you don't see every day, Battle Axe Cutlery Co, Philadelphia Pa. Not much known,1897-1937 time frame, really nice bolster stamp and tang stamp.

Beautiful find Euroken, I love it when the diamond in the rough is made a tool once more!!Found this in good shape.
Was sold to me rusted and the blades wouldn't snap close, so was a good price point. I flushed it with oil, cleaned it up and both blades snap close beautifully!The main blade appeared full but the edge looked super un-even so I gave it a light pass with KME and it turned out alright!

Unsure if it is the same knife pictured here as the font of bolster stamp doesn't match exactly...Regardless, really happy with this find
