Lambertiana....man..nothing beats those old Ulsters...thank you for showing us...I remember when I first joined, and Charlie put up a photo of Ulsters...blew me away!!
That knife still looks solid as a rock.

Thank you for the kind comments on the cattle knife, guys. :) Nice ones, flylock! I'm in awe at that sleeveboard whittler! Goins' lists DS & K as c1881-1901.

Old Imperial (USA) made scout knife. 3 5/8" closed. I restored this one, when I recieved it only main blade opened freely and others were seized with heavy corrosion buildup. After an oil bath, repeen of both ends, and some TLC/good cleaning it snaps closed as it should...blade when I got it was in rough sharp and no edge what so ever! now its scary sharp and will make a great slicer.

I picked up this Robeson from ebay. I'm not sure of the pattern. This is my first oldie. The seller said it is from 1922-1939. It took a wicked edge! It has nice action and snaps like a gator. I like it alot.

That is amazing! very nice piece having all steel fittings and the nice shield in nickel silver!

That Globe EO is definitely a product of The Robeson Cutlery Co.

Nice knife. Beautiful handles.

Lambertiana....you never cease to amaze me with your fantastic knives-along with you great pics!!
That teardrop is a beautie...If I could bang a few up here please....
I have these three arrive recently..
Here is a neat old Easy opener - lovely scales that have the warmest colour in the sun, , and the action of the knife is great, believed to be pre WW1...( posted before )

This next one I would really like some help with please guys...Has had next to no use, blades nice and full, strong actioned
knife..Pal Cutlery knife Co. in a half circle...over ..made in U.S.A....do you know when this was made, I am not too sure if
this is regarded as a nice knife in the U.S ..but to me its a very, very nice knife, I would love to know everything thing I can about it-good and bad.
The rear side on shot makes the bone "jutt" out on the right top of the bone scale-...this isnt so, as it bevels down to meet the Bolster-but in this view it makes it look quite awful, but not so in the hand.
I love the bone , the blades, everything about it, the only small annoyance is when they bevel the bone at the ends to meet the Bolsters, I am very fond of this Teardrop EO...

I know,I know..this is far from a Mint version, but I sorta fell for it-even though it has the very plain celluloid scales, but this old Schrade Cut Co Walden is still a very cool knife-with the lovely Swedges on both blades, ..long pull, that neat shield...this old Equal ender will go for a long long time yet..any idea on the year of this one?....
