Both are of those H&B knives are dandies. I like the pen blade on the jack and it looks like there's a lot of gold leaf under the tortoise scale of the second. Thanks for posting them.
 
What a coincidence! I picked up an H&B at an antique store on vacation. For being over 100 years old it is in very nice condition. The original owner definitely took care of it.

Charles, in my book the sign of real cutler's talent is an exceptionally ground small blade. That Northfield is a good example, both master and pen are well done.
