"Old Knives"

Lots of great pics shown in past few pages. Thanks for sharing these beauties, fellows.

I need to get some pics of my Richartz, Solingen before they changed their tang stamp to the whale. And some others... ;) I found recently here and there.

Here is an old Schrade Walden NY (no USA) 804. This knife was actually used to stir paint but it appears to never have been sharpened. There is a faint trace of the "Craftsman" etch on the master saber ground clip. Does not show in pics.

Here's an old Shapleigh (Diamond Edge) HDW Co. Jack knife. 3-3/4 closed. Nice old pick bone, blades are full
and excellent snap. Great example...imho.

Paul -fantastic examples of some very NICE KNIVES there Sir, Peachseed Bone is truly beautiful to look at, thank you, could we see some more pics of those beauties open together please at some time?

Jason, now that's a beauty of a Shapleigh you have there Sir!

Nice group, Paul! Incites serious Schrade-envy over here!!

Cool old Shapliegh, Jason!!

thanks for the compliments Duncan, Mike and Charlie!
Duncan- I'll try and shoot an open Schrade Bone Group when time permits.
Charlie- Envy from the master envy evoking Schrade collector?
Jason that's a beautiful Shapliegh, nice full blades and possibly Schrade made!

here is a recent find- Walden Knife Co 3 3/8" Slim Jack with ebony scales and nickel silver bolsters. I did a shot of it with my other Walden Knife Co Jacks to show just how slim it is. Approx. 1/2" at the cap bolster.

Lol Paul, that will teach you for showing us your stunning knives-we want to see more of them please - absolutely top class knives, I love the Bolster work on the Eureka Jack!

Thanks Guys! I posted pics of the Eureka Jack a couple of years ago in this thread but here is an open pic of it.

wow-that knife handle hides a lot of blade.
It looks as though the owner liked using the Pen blade rather than the Main, I would like to take the person who abused such a knife gently by the neck, and assertively let him know he did wrong that day :D
Thank you Paul for showing us those beauties, I look forward to seeing more.

They're fantastic. Great find, Paul and they all make such a wonderful set together.

Paul Sir, every knife you have treated us with is a fantastic knife - you are one lucky guy.
I love those Ebony Beauties, I keep going back to have yet another look at the Slim Jack!
The open shot of your Bone Waldens is great, those Peach-seeds are gorgeous, and the middle Jigged Bone with the flat Bolster work is a stunner.
