Thanks Charlie C., Paul, John (Augie), Jamie, Ron, Duncan, Jake and Charlie N. for the nice comments on the Robeson Pocket Eze folders I posted photos of the other day!
Augie that is a beautiful KK slim blade Serpentine Jack! I have a Schrade Walden EXACTLY like that with the exception of course of the shield.
Here are a couple more Robeson Pocket Eze folders. These two are large Serpentine trappers. Pattern number 622482 on the jigged bone and 822482 for the yellow celluloid model. The first digit describes the handle material. Celluloid versus Jigged Bone. These are both 4 & 1/2 inches closed. The jigged bone is a half trapper and the yellow celluloid model is a full trapper model. The yellow one is the newer one and the jigged bone model the older one. Tang stamp on the jigged bone is Robeson/Shuredge (script) /Rochester, N.Y. (1916-1939). The tang stamp on the celluloid is Robeson/Shuredge (block)/USA (1940-1964). The clip blades are different on both. The jigged bone has a more heavily swedged up sweep profile while the yellow celluloid clip blade has less pronounced swedge and is more down swept. The blade at the tang on the jigged bone is much thicker stock 1/8 inch versus 3/32 inch on the celluloid. Lloyd
