"Old Knives"

Nice knives Glenn and samon:thumbsup:

This Camillus Sword Brand EO arrived today. Just a beautiful knife. Unfortunately a bone chip on the rear of the EO on the Mark side, other than that the knife is solid. Full blades, no play and centered in the well.

Other than the shield, pen blade versus caplifter and one pin placement it's almost a dead ringer with the 2011 forum knife.

I see the "S" didn't transfer on the "CAMILLUS" stamp.

I like that flared spear blade.

Real nice EO Paul!! Nice to see Camillus knives "showing their stuff".
Thanks for the pics.

Great Remington, Dan! The etch looks to be all there despite the patina.

I just love a fat belly...on a spear blade, that is. Awesome, Paul!

Thanks all for the nice Camillus comments:thumbsup:

Neal, that Clasp is outstanding, lots of real estate there for all that awesome bone:thumbsup:

Dan- What a great Old Remington, - I cant imagine ever straying away from old Knives- They are just quite phenomenal in every way!

Neal- WOW!!! What a beauty - Please can you show us more of that!

Nice knives, guys !

Picked up this Remington scout recently RS4783, needs a little cleaning but the verdict is out on how far to take it and I'm by no means an expert.

If you want to preserve the knife, just wipe down the metal parts with a rag damp with mineral oil until it no longer dirties the rag.

That's a real nice older Gunstock Neal.
Great Bolsters.
Now that Bone - I like it a lot either side of the answer to this question.... a lot of people would believe it to be pocket worn Stag - but is that Pressed Bone?
