D Duckdog Stuart my friend they just keep on keeping on! Outstanding knives!:D

Nice show Stuart! I especially like the Wharncliffe with a Wharncliffe o_O

Thanks to all y'all. I've been blessed to receive some old knives and I want to share them as I slowly/steadily go through the pile. These I have shown on the Totin' Today tableau (as I like totin' them), but they deserve to be here even more. I'll try to contribute more regularly. Kevin, I saw what you did there. Clever lad.

Minty Electric, probably after purchase by NYK. Box and paper came with it. The box is marked "253". I don't have a book that shows the model numbers.
A little over 3 1/4", single spring. A little hefty for a pen knife, I'll call it a double-end Jack.

Thanks Mike! It's a collector's dream for me, to find an unused knife, with a little paper work!!

Wow Charlie, that Electric is the bees knees! Wonderful, especially with the packaging!

Opened this old Utica Barlow up at work this morning... then saw the great GAW going on so I had to grab a candy bar and snap a pic ;) Of course when I got home I had to see what this baby looked like cleaned up and I'd say it is a fine specimen indeed :thumbsup: I'm thinking it's pre-1937 when the Kutmaster name was introduced and post WWI so c.1920-1940'ish o_O Is the lack of brass liners any indication it may be closer to WWI? Previous owner etched a "K" in the bolster so it was meant to come my way I guess :D

Great knife Charlie! Does the tang stamp say Electric Cut Co over Walden? I've been looking for an Electric with the Newark, NJ stamp on it... they seem to be extinct o_O

Some really interesting knives shown recently by V.P., Paul H., Luger, Misplaced Hillbilly, glennbad, Duckdog, and waynorth. Thanks all.

waynorth, that Electric model with the box and paper is just fantastic. Goins lists "Electric Cutlery Co. Walden N.Y." as dating from circa 1910 -1920, but it appears that they lasted a little longer.
Enclosed is a catalog illustration from 1930 for your Electric model, which is listed as a #253, so that box is correct. Great find!!!
