hmm its looking like a good slipjoint is the best option...im thinking a case medium stockman with the amber jigged bone would do the trick...

I'd go for great eastern cutlery over case for sure.

they make some knives in 1095, they arent labeled GEC but that's who's making them. Excellent F&F, very strong backspring, American made.

But the boker Exskellibur is a good knife too, I dont think someone who carried a knife would care that much as long as it doesnt look like a ninja who hangs out at the mall would carry. You know, Strider does make a PT

I thing the GECs are a little over what i want to spend at the moment...they look fanfreakingtastic thought and i love all the cool scales haha i wish i could get him a strider PT haha
