I don't think you need to pay over retail if you wait. I am sure there will be more for sale, since they have stated so many times. I am loyal to quality and excellent customer service and I can count those companies in one hand:D (Busse, swamp rat, scrapyard and Himalayan Imports), nothing else even comes close.:D :D

Here is an example: about 5 months ago a Swamprat knife owner decided to hammer on his 6 inch SwampRat for 8 hours with a pipe wrench. The knife finally broke after that many hours of pounding. Most knifemakers/companies would never have honored any warranty on such a stupid act. But Swamp Rat did.

It is kind of funny they just disappeared.
Considering what I have heard about that whole line it was
pretty surprising, but defects are just part of the game.
I have a ranger RD9 ordered just minutes ago and you can be sure I will be
putting it through its paces.

Yeah, I only kept the Pics up for 3-4 weeks, funny:rolleyes: . I am just using Imageshack, and I was trying to post some new pics, they only let me have so many at a time....sorry. I still don't have my new one, for all you guys that have asked...it will show up soon, I'm sure.
