A new-bee here...does anyone trade older pocket knives such as in stag, bone, Case, Buck Creek, Indian Head, Owl Head, Taylor Cutlery, etc?
I am not familiar with these newer products.
Thanks

No need to fear, we're all friends here. Let me extend a welcome hand to you and hope you enjoy your time here as much as I do. Gotta watch your pocketbook, though. It can suffer.

There is a specific forum here for Traditional knives, and a sub-forum under that designed as the "Slipjoint Swap Meet". Here is the link to the Traditional knives forum:

Look for the Slipjoint Swap Meet as a "sticky" in the larger forum.

Various traditional knives also show up in the exchange forums, either of sale or trade, so just keep your eyes open and you'll probably see something that appeals to you.

Enjoy!

Thanks for the welcome and advice Dallas. Been awhile since I was on a site such as this; last was the Marlin Firearms site back in the early 90's (jeez!). It was awesome but got out of control due to personality conflicts so Marlin discountinued it. I did not participate in those disagreements but saw a human dynamic that was a study in itself. I look forward to this site; from what I have seen so far, looks good.

Anyway thanks again; "The Duke" rules!
