Oliver Plomion

Well Oliver's Commander has a letter inbound :) Hopefully that will have some affect on his resposibilities. He hasn't contacted me in several weeks now. Everything he has done so far merely confirms that he has ripped me off with no intention of upholding his end of our bargain. I will leave out the explitives but you can imagine I am POed!!!! Thank to all for the help in this matter and the support. Please remember my situation should you ever think of dealing with this "person". No matter how good the offer, it isn't worth this.
 
That is my only hope at this point unfortunately. Oliver has not replied to me in over 4 weeks now. Not that he was really all that helpful when he was replying before. Supposedly he is going to buy me the CRK at the end of this month. Of course I have been lied to about that also. Oh and just to make sure, the machete never showed up either. I did send the letter with a return reciept so at least I will be sure it arrived safe and sound to his Commander. I know if this issue came up in my Brother's unit, the offending officer would be told to make it right or be fired and charged.

I got this reply from Oliver last night after I asked for a firm date of payment since the machete hasn't shown and he said he'd buy a Warrior at the end of June.

I'm very sade to hear that. I'm selling some guns and stuff to gather the money. As soon as I get the money I make a paypal transfer. Is you paypal account the same as your addy? If in the mean time the machette show up please let me know. If it should show up after you got the money, please keep it as "compentation" for your wait. Regards.

I think Oliver needs to quit making overseas deals. It seems that the knives he ships never make it to where they are supposed to go. You would think that after that horrible episode a while back that he would have learned.

I have no proof the letter got this action but the timing is just about right :) Oliver said I should have $500 in a week. He didn't mention a time frame on the balance yet but $500 would go a long way toward fixing things for my loss.

Still waiting on getting ANYTHING from Oliver :( He finally replied to me today with this: Hi Bill,

sorry I was on a training course all the week. As promised, as soon as the gun deal go trough I make a paypal transfer. I'll call the buyer tomorrow for ask him a firm date for the founds.


I swear this is the most unorganized "LEO" I have ever heard of or dealt with. Lies, missed dates, "lost" shipments.......Bet Sheriff Andy won't let him carry real bullets either!
