  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

On Tap at Todd's

it's been years since i had any ayinger - good stuff iirc.
last night i tried a schlafly extra stout - and it was phenomenal at room temp.

Time for a serious beer.

This was actually a really tasty brew. I've never had a Voodoo Doughnut, but I like their approach fromega what I've heard of them. It's similar to how I think beer should be handled.

I second this. It's surprisingly good. I normally stay clear of these fruity beers because they finish too sweet or bitter. This one however is actually pretty damn good.

Dogfish Head Indian Brown Ale this evening.

Stopped into Sun King for a few growler fills today. I filled one of Alrye’d Alrye’d Alrye’d Rye IPA and my favorite go to, See Mac Scottish Ale.

it's actually pretty decent - MUCH better than the Monty Python Holy GrAle....
the recipe was developed by Bruce Dickinson, hence the name.

Triton Brewery Hometown Hero pale ale.

This was kind of a cool bar too... The drinkware was a pain in the ass, but there were cars driving laps around the place at impressive speeds. They kept blabbing on about the Indy 500 pole or some nonsense.

Son of a Baptist coffee stout and left hand Braveheart Nitro Scottish style ale
both are worthy.
the SOB is a nice 8%ABV cuppa Joe
the Braveheart is a pretty decent Brown ale -- that's not what they were aiming for, but that's what it tastes like to me.

Have no fear, the next beer shot will be along side a Yuma.

I think I'm going to like it around here. You folks have some solid beer tastes.
