One 110.

I wouldn't worry about the stories about fighting a mountain lion with your Buck 110:eek:,

Haw, that happens so often around here it ain't even worth noting. Why yesterday, just getting the mail I took out 2 Puma's and 3 Grizzlies and 1 Wolf!

He may still be using only one, but I have hard evidence he has made 'goo-goo' eyes and whispered in the ears of a couple of others.

Great Thread! There's no way that I could keep to one knife that long...unless of course, it was in a super steel, had a thumb opener, and looked really cool. Then, maybe. Have you set up a phone chain to help you out when you feel the temptation to step out with another knife? Will you lock away the other knives in a drawer or let a trusted buddy hold onto them?

*sniff* If you pull this off, you'll be one of my knife heroes.

I'm still plodding along with just that 110. Still haven't run into anything it couldn't handle, and as I approach the start of the 3rd month, it's just now starting to lose it's shaving edge and may need stropped soon.

The bolsters have really took on that aged brass look!

Those harlots tried to tempt me away, but I was strong and faithful! :D

You are a better Man than I!!! I stand at my knife bench every morning looking at my pile of knives trying to decide what goes in which pocket!!! Which slippie for the front, then which 110 for the belt sheath. Then which folder to go into my Saddle bag for my bike or my breifcase for my truck. Hell, somtimes it makes me late for work!!!! It's OK I'm salary...LOL!!! One knife has got to make that a bit easier! But I bet every once in while you really really want to grab some little sweetie from the collection???? I can't wait to see the end result in a year!!! Stay Strong for us who are So Weak.....~baba~

Boredom....I'm learning that there is no real surprise here, a Buck 110 really can pretty much cover all my daily cutting needs.

I may cave at the 6th month mark, cause I just can't see learning anymore at this point!

Dang Buck, ya'll really have built a dern near perfect folder! :)

Besides, my 301's are filing for divorce! :)

well its been a few weeks ... or longer...
what have ya been a useing it for?
has it met all you EDC needs or
are you finding there are some uses for which a smaller or larger knife would be better?

It pretty much covers it all, there has been on funny moment though.

I was at a bank my sister works at to sign some papers, and at one point she was opening a large envelope and said "give me your pocketknife".

A Buck 110 will raise eyebrows in a bank.............. :D

I ran the four dot FG 110 over my Smith stones and skinned out the head on my antelope I killed in WY two weeks ago. It was slick.

I'm anxiously awaiting the FG 110 I left at Buck for a rebuild. As much as I love the wood scaled 110's, I may start carrying the custom stag FG with my Jerzee Devil Sebbie. I can't live for ever.
