for all us sicko's on here who always want pictures . This is 2 days after the surgery , I should be this handsome for 2-4 weeks before I end up back to my ugly old self . I won't know about vision recovery for about 2-3 months . I may need to drop out of the christmas exchange this year , we or I will see ( hopefully )

Don't worry Jack. You're a tough guy and smart man. These things never keep good men down for very long. You'll be back in no time. I'm glad you caught this when you did.
 
Hey, Jack, your left eye looks a little swollen, you should get a doctor to check that out! :D Best wishes on a quick recovery!!! Hope the surgery worked it's wonders.

Doc told me yesterday I can now start sitting up . HURRAY . Laying face down 24 hrs. a day was not too much fun . Things are looking up . :)

Congratulations on your progress so far. I'll bet sitting up is a big change for the better and hope your vision is fine when it's all over.
 
hows the kid in the background doing? It looks like his forehead is going to look like your eye.
