I can't imagine wanting anything else in a chopper..

I'm not even interested in a thinner cg version, I LOVE the weight. It's as heavy as a truck. The edge was not perfect, as the knife isn't brand new, but it's really not all that bad. It takes VERY deep bites into wood, it honestly chops like an axe! I'm not doing anything to the knife besides sharpening it and cleaning up the finish a tiny bit, going to keep the same edge geometry as well.

I love this knife, you'd have to pry it from my cold dead hands!

Now what's next..?

Glad to hear you've finally found your grail knife 230. Now go chop up some stuff! ;)

Congrats! That looks like a beast. We need lots of action pics!

Congrats man!! Finding that special one is always "oh, so sweet," but it can be a little sad... Kind of like the end of a great trip. But I like your additude... "What's next?"

That's a nice kydex sheath, but for extended wear I'd look for something like rig Cpl Punishment uses. His leather baldric is awesome:thumbup:

Too late :D

I don't think i'll put a scalpel edge on this one. Besides, I broke another Busse yesterday at work.. :( It's off to ohio tomorrow afternoon. Note to self, no matter how many people call Busses sharpened pry bars, a pry bar is a lot better at prying.

Huge congratulations;)

I tell you whatz is next:D
Yeah, now go out beat the crap out of it, maybe VS Himalayan Imports 18" AK and yeah Surper Hog don't forget....on VIDEO!:D

That Zilla certainly is sweet. Congrats. Got any plans for a video?

When my grail comes I will also be choppin the heck out of everything. My neighbors will love me.

I had considered a baldric rig, but I think this knife is going to be strapped to my pack. I don't think i'd want to do any hiking with it on my side.

No old indian junk steel. Good choice.

Those Indians have been using "junk steel" longer than you or I have been alive, and many of them have staked their livelihoods on the fine blades they forge from that "junk steel".

INFI is great stuff, but there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to sit here and trash traditional kukris forged in the traditional way.

PICS or it didnt happen :D

I'll get some later after work. I'm not proud of it, at all. I wasn't even going to post about it but I slipped up last post. Some guys at work were trying to replace the workrest on a CNC od grind machine... They asked for my help. Sure enough, the workrest was stuck, so I thought to myself "sharpened prybar" and I figured i'd be a hero. The poor little guy put up a fight, but then I heard a "cling", and I said "crap I broke the workrest", nope... no I didn't.:mad: I was going to just sharpen a new tip, but the knife is short as it is, so I caved and finally sent a knife in. I feel horrible about it, but I guess that's why we buy Busses, the warranty is top knotch.

AMEN brother! Those guys could literally split a man from the top of his head down to his chest cavity. I would not want to be facing the business end of a Gurkha soldier with his Kukri.
