Pretty much all the salmon species available in Alaska have been taken except the recently reclassified coastal subspecies of cutthroat trout, Cutthroat Trout salmon (Oncorhynchus clarki), only some of which are actually anadromous. Not my first guess, but I'll take it since it's the last man standing.
