What email are you sending it to? Hopefully not the unmonitored box that confirmation emails are sent from. Our office hours as posted are 10-6 Eastern, M-F and 12-4 on Sat, so I don't know why you are having phone problems; I've been in the shop all day for both days since you placed your order on the 7th. Anyhow, your Szabofly is out of stock, and discontinued. We have a small supply of them inbound (according to one of our distributors), and your order should ship next tues.
