Who do you guys like for online knife retailer? I would love one you can actually talk to if you need to. One with a good customer service department, good selection, and of course good prices. I like to call if I have a question or two and not get someone that knows less than I do! That is BAD! My primary experience is Knifeworks.com. Pretty good but they try to shake you on the phone as fast as they can...ok so I can ask a few questions but still...I am not keeping them on long enough to make chili in the crock pot or something.

I was gonna say knifeworks.com but you already listed them.

knifecenter.com is great. So is bladehq.com

There's a forum section here at Bladeforums called FEEDBACK: The Good, Bad, Ugly. You'll find lots of dealer reviews there.

So unless you pay this forum is useless

Hardly. Even if you can't figure out how to use Google to search Bladeforums for you, it's not difficult to scroll through the past topics in The Good Bad and Ugly section; there are multiple dealers reviews on every single page.

Here are a few of my favorite online dealers:

KnifeWorks
AG Russell
Shepherd Hills Cutlery (Case knives)
Ragweed Forge (Mora and other Scandinavian brands)
Cumberland Knife Works
DLT Trading
New Graham Knives

Really? Never been my experience. They've always taken all the time I need. Even the owner, Roger...talked to him a couple of times for 10 or more minutes. His girls are very knowledgeable too and I never felt rushed. Normally they will even pull items as they talk to you. Maybe you just caught them on a very busy day.

+1 New Graham Never seen a bad comment about them.
+1 Knifecenter, prices aren't always the best, but they frequently have great specials and some decent freebies.
+1 BladeHQ/Bladeplay. Order takers are generally knowledgeable and honest about relative quality of the less expensive stuff on Bladeplay.

Huh? Maybe I don't understand what you're saying. I don't pay (yet) and BF and it's members are a hugely valuable resource.
If you are talking about searching try this:

Rough Rider or Zero Tolerance ?

Few sites carry the full gambit....
