I own an ontario RAT1, and last week the blade stop pin (see this pic) broke and fell out.

I'm going to need a replacement, and I don't mind paying for it (and possibly shipping too) at all,
but so far I haven't gotten ANY replies from Ontario to the multiple messages that I sent them through their website.

I'm a bit far away too call them so does anyone know another way to contact them?
 
Judging from this thread further down the page, they just won't reply to that, but will help through their phone number. I'll try that tomorrow when I can.
