Ontario Knives -broken

My 14yr old son took his Ontario Marine Raider Bowie on a camping trip and broke the blade off at the handle. I sent two e-mails to the company and received no responses. Anyone here have any dealings with them as far as customer service?

After having myself sent two different emails weeks apart and getting no response,I would strongly suggest you give them a call Monday.For me,I finally got through to customer service by calling them for a part that I lost, which was totally my fault. I was honestly please to have called and was meet by a genuinely nice helpful person.Neither was I charged a cent, even though I did make the offer.

I am also interested how this turns out.
 
Ditto the call. I broke an RTAKII a couple of years ago and they sent me another one with no problem at all. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and professional.

I took a giant chunk out of my RAT 7...emailed them and they replied within the week. Informed me to send them some photos of the damages and i had a new one in no time... :). i reprofiled the blade of the original and am happy to say i have two RAT'S in my home :)
