I just bought another (my third one) Ontario Spec Plus 10 Marine Raider Bowie and when it arrived one of the snaps on the sheath was broken. So, I dropped an email to Ontario late last night and this morning Bob Cramed emailed me back and said this...

He didn't even ask for my reciept. So, I am impressed with their service. I know I'll buy many more knives from them in the future. (I've got 5 sons and 7 son-in-laws and 27 grandkids.)

I like Ontario as well! Great knives for the money! And we probably dont know the whole story on the Ontario / RAT dispute so I'm not gonna get involved in that!,,,VWB.
