Ontario Warranty *thumbs up*

I've read a few gripes about their warranty, so I was a bit reluctant to call about a broken sheath clip.

I spoke with their warranty support, told them it broke when I caught the handle of the knife on a chair arm, and without any other info they are sending me a replacement.

Figured I would share. I am impressed.

I snapped an Ontario RTAK II while batonning and they replaced it no problem. They never asked but I did tell them what I was doing when it broke and she just said it shouldn't have happened.
