Did you also see that he has no kids and also want none?? Pretty evident that if you are waiting on his son to send the package that he has to be concieved first!!! I bet someone on here would sell us a knife to cut some nuts (if he had any)!!!!

I called my credit card company and told them what was going on. They reimbursed my credit card for the $1100 and told me that they would work with PayPal to get their money back and that it was no longer my concern, but theirs.

The wife is off my back!! yea!!!!!

I'm very, very disappointed. Getting your first "real" grinder is supposed to be one of the happiest days of your knifemaking venture. Having it ruined like this real put a damper on things.

Wow this has really gone down hill fast. I was strongly considering one of his blades but after this no matter that happens its going to be hard for him to re-establish a customer base. Scott I think you took the correct course of action to get your money back and I am glad to see that it worked out that way for ya. I am still hoping to hear from Wil, I did look at his Myspace account and saw that he had no kids so lying (and using "kids") does not bode well for Will.
 
This is my last post here, as I believe some very deserving knifemakers are not getting the exposure that they deserve on the knives that they have for sale here. These makers deserve to have their creations, which were produced by their own blood, sweat and tears at the top of this thread.

NEWS UPDATE:
I just recieved an email from pay pal stating that I AM RECIEVING A FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND OF MY MONEY! I am not sure how much yet but once it clears I will fid out. Wil says he is sorry and been out of town.
 
I also just recieved an email from Wil telling me he has just gotton back and has had no internet access and for me to clean up my comments about him. I guess that the Sun rises in the north now??

Also, I'd like to point out that while PayPal gets slammed a lot here on BF, fact is that they do come through - pretty often, in my experience.
They've gotten much better over the past couple of years.
 
Well good to hear something came out good from all this. I emailed him last night and got a response from him saying that he took care of the problems and that he was out of town.
