What dos I win? The info was what I was looking for
I just used the search function and the thread popped up. I was curious to the blade geometry and bevels. One side had no evidence of a bevel at all.
I guess I could have started a new thread but there was some good info in the existing thread. Still figuring out the culture of these forums.
I don't think it's unreasonable to expect any newly bought knife to have a decent edge on it. Even cheap ones. Perfect? No. But decent. And the higher the price point the higher the expectation. Just my 2
