Recently, I've decided to buy an Opinel after seeing them in a catalogue. However, SMKW is basically out of stock on almost everything. What are some good online dealers for the carbon blades? Smoky Mountain had mostly stainless steel. And what are the sizes? I'm looking for a blade around 2.5" or so so I can carry it in the city. I'll go a bit bigger though, but nothing more than 3.3". Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for moving this; I didn't really know what forum to put this in. And yes it's Esperanto. It's the language that got me into... well, languages. :) And I'll check out that site, but how reliable is it? I'm pretty cautious when it comes to ordering online since I've been ripped off a few times now (although it only happens when I buy knives...):(
 
Ragnar is the best. He actually specializes in Scandinavian knives. He is also totally reliable and one of the fastest and cheapest shippers around. And if you have questions, he's good at answering email quickly.

They have a good selection of the most frequently mentioned Opinel models, good prices, fast shipping, but most importantly an excellent customer service too.
I had recently very good experience with them when purchased about half-a-dozen Opinels, four different models.
