Opinions Needed: "Traditionalist" T-Shirts

I've talked this over with Elliott (Blues) and Gus and I have the approval to see what you all think.

This is not a sure thing as of now its preliminary only!

I was wanting to see what you all thought of getting shirts made up for us.

I'm thinking along the lines of a t-shirt with Bladeforum on the front breast and on the back a logo of a slippie and the word "traditionalist".

Now what I'm wanting from you all is suggestions on slippie design and so forth.

I need to get a feel to see if you all show much interest in this idea.

Please feel free to express your opinion here and if you want to email me I will also be happy to listen that way also.

As time goes forth and replies are posted we will then see what most people want and do a vote.

I appreciate all opinion!

I'd be interested in a shirt. I don't particularly want the big logo on the back though, just the smaller, more discreet one, on the front. If there is an option for that, I'd be in.

This would be being done for this sub forum so I would like to have some pattern of a slippie on it. It doesn't have to be big just something. Sizes and colors can be determined at a later date. Thank you much for the input.

I'm happy to let others come up with a design. I look forward to seeing how it goes.
 
I'm a sucker for stockmans, but when I think of the traditional crowd I more or less think of peanuts or sodbusters, but I'll second Morrow's suggestion.

Great idea,
I like the small front and large back logo option myself, but either one by itself would work as well.
As for what slippie to use, I would think either a Trapper or Stockman would be pretty popular.

I like the stockman too. It's easily identifiable and impossible to mistake for a modern folder. If done in a single color I think an oval shield with "BF" or "BFC" would look kinda cool.

A stockman says "traditional" on its own. If any text is added I think the whole name Traditional Folders and Fixed Blades should be incorporated out of respect for BF. Either around the knife design or under it.

I'm thinking a charcoal or heather gray shirt color. Maybe we could even have a few different colors like the other BFC forum shirts are being offered as.
