You're not alone. I honestly think DangCat has been impressively restrained and level about the whole thing, as I probably would have gone through the roof if a similar thing happened to me.

Agreed. DangCat, handled his situation with GM, very calmly, & much more restrained than I probably would've. I feel he received a lot of unfair criticism (in the GBU thread he started), just for simply/diplomatically stating his own personal experience.

If it weren't for the fact that 2 other highly respected BF member's I know, telling me of similar treatment from Greg Medford, I most likely would've thought that any person making such claims, just needed thicker skin. I personally respect Greg Medford for his patriotism for our Country, & the fact that he hires veteran's & makes awesome, USA made knives. I just wish that he'd tone it down a notch & hire a sweet sounding girl, like CRK (Angela). Whether a customer is right or wrong, there isn't any excuse for being anything other than civil.

As for DangCat- he's from TEXAS...enough said! :thumbup:
