Optics question for Mr. Dwyer

Wow, thanks for the info. One of the scopes I was considering has the parallax adjustment feature.

For one last thought, if you are at a point in your shooting where you are still learning and improving rapidly, I suggest you NOT spend a fortune on optics. Get something stable and solid with good turrets and decent glass, mount it well on your rifle and spend your money on match ammo so you can continue to improve. When you are consistantly shooting as well as the limits of your equiptment, then get better stuff.

I agree 100%. I have qualified "expert" numerous times...but still have a lot to learn and improve, especially when I see "true experts" demonstrating their skills. I'm just looking for something decent and servicable that will help me learn and improve my skills and plan on putting lots of rounds down range.

I will e-mail or snail mail you to get some prices and advice. I am enjoying myself learning new stuff about optics and long range shooting!

Thanks, Mark :)
