For years now they are always one of the top replies from Google when I'm looking to buy something, but I've always managed to find a cheaper/more familiar retailer.
I'm now considering placing an order with them.

Anybody have experience with opticsplanet.net?

I've used them a couple of time, most recently a month or two ago. They're pretty good and well respected. They told my order hadn't shipped because it was incomplete, the next day a partial shipment arrived. Go figure. A week later the balance came, no charge on shipping the second part.

yep - what everyone else said + dont forget to run a coupon search for them. the last time i ordered something i used a 5% off coupon, not a huge savings but a little off non-the-less.
