I did something similar the other day in another sub forum. It was an honest mistake.sorry about that, I didn't realize this was in the traditionals thread when I contributed.
I have that same Stihl knife I bought in a hardware store several years ago. I just discovered the solingen stamp recently.I thought nice knives, but I don't have any orange ones. Wait, there's a Case Copperlock, and a Rough Ryder Sodbuster, and a Stihl, whose tang stamp is just Solingen Germany.

The best part of all of those pics
- thank you, sir.! Sadly, my boy has left us, he got to 16yrs, which is pretty good for an Abyssinian pedigree - they are like family. Greatly missed. The best part of all of those pics
Is that cats face
Thanks! I picked this one up pretty cheap on ebay. I took a chance because it looked to be in really good condition. It turned out to be pretty nice, with the exception of a slight bit of blade wobble on the main blade. I do like it though.I love the Schrade Barlow. I got one when I was about 11 or 12. My second oldest daughter always loved it. So two years ago when she was visiting for Christmas I gave it to her. Great knife.
