Gotcha. They musta been busy or on a break when I called. I'll have to get ahold of them this morning.

From what I read he's only getting in like 6-12 on the first shipment. So, you more than likely are going to have to be one of the FIRST who ordered to get yours in the first shipment. I also read that you have to give your payment info again because it was purged from the system. So, I'm sure if your getting one in the first shipment you've already heard from or will be hearing from CS very shortly as I think he plans to get orders out next week.
Paid for mine today too! The one on the Bay is going for $290 already and still 5 days left to go on the auction....![]()
Everything is possible, but will be surprise if CS will do second run, even more surprise if it will be sold fast. To the best of my knowledge Cutlery Shoppe is is giving his customers bigger discount on Spyderco than any of dealers I know, so I doubt that his profit even close to $50 per Para. He raised prices giving more discount to the first customers, the same thing happened with orange Manix as well. About half of Orange paras were sold at $117 and average price, especially considering free shipping is less than green or brown paras. You know, since this is not a sprint run, but is a dealer exclusive, there is no reason there will not be another run of the orange Para 2. Considering how fast these sold out (12 days), and as the seller jacked up the price in the middle of the sale and they still sold out quickly, I bet there will be another run of these. The seller would be crazy not to do another run, when you factor 800 units at $50 margin per unit (wild guess, since the price went from $117 to $146 during the sale).
Just called in my payment. Mine should be shipping any day now.
I would almost guarantee Jeff isn't pocketing 40k on this run. Profit margins for online sales and especially his already great pricing is likely much slimmer.
Look what I found...
