So gooey. I think it may be your fault that I am now getting some of Gareths work :D.

He truly is a craftsman. He showed me some "classified" stuff the other day in an email, his new batch of knives are gonna be sweet. Still sleek and clean, with some added "whoa".

Man, I need to get an 0561.

They are brilliant man. Definitely worth it. If you ever want to, I'll send you mine to test out before you buy.

I haven't forgotten about your Mini Grip either. Moneys mostly tied up in gas right now but as soon as I can, I'll get her out to you along with another small goodie.

Yah he is quite nice to chat with via email. I am on his list for the new fixed blade he is doing, and then one of his Warlocks. Just waiting to hear back from him on what options are available for the basic model.

Hey fellas, my brother just got a 0560 in today. I obviously had to get some fondle time with the blade. We were both a bit surprised at how wonderful the KVT system is. It makes opening such a large blade practically effortless.

However, I'm wondering if you guys have advice for disengaging the lockbar. It's currently a two handed job(even after adding graphite). We disassembled thinking there was too much oil (cleaned the knife of excess oil). Is there a typical break in period with the lockbar? Thanks fellas!

I appreciate it buddy. No worries! So what is new with everyone?

there is some break in but try sharpie instead of graphite..apply some..let it dry..then do it again and should work like a charm.. Do it on my Tilts and Striders as well and always works

Mine was the same with the lockbar sticking and all. I applied some sharpie to the lockface (You can apply it to the tang as well) and let it dry, added another layer of sharpie and let it dry and repeated that process a couple times, put it back together and it hasn't stuck once since that and I've opened the knife about 750 times now.

I already told her.

Well, I don't care. Mom only believes me!

Go ahead, tell ur mom

I can't, my bro, TDB already did *sniffle sniffle*

You are both idiots for calling each other idiots on a public forum where everyone else is looking saying "What idiots!".

No, you're the idiot......idiot!

You're both idiots. There.

No, you're the idiot......idiot!

TDB: When you're multi-quoting a message, how do you get the peoples names in there? With mine, I just have the message.

Warlocks come with G10 & Ti I believe, and RWL-34 stainless. I'm happy with all-Ti and RWL-34, the steel takes a nice edge and is easy to sharpen. Powdered metallurgy version of ATS-34.

Isn't it so weird that it works.. I still can't remember for the life of me where I heard about it.. Sharpie the wonder marker!
