If you carry the Damascus Blade made sure to keep it nice and oiled regularly to keep it from rusting..especially in humid NYSo essentially it's carbon steel...? I have one of the older Damascus Skylines, and one of the two I got from Dave is going to Knotty. I also got a blem regular Skyline coming, I was going to take the scales and parts and put them on the older DAM Skyline to freshen it up, then maybe put a new edge on it and use it. What do you guys think?
I'd like to start using a Skyline again, but I'm torn between the beauty of the Damascus and the awesomeness of the BFC S30V flat ground blade...
